Frequently Asked Questions
Do you accept commissions?
We do not accept personal commissions, however, we are available for commercial collaborations. If your business would like to work with us, please email aloha@jramchandani.co
Do you offer returns, exchanges, or refunds?
We will do everything within our ability (and within reason) to ensure your satisfaction.
For print items: We are unable to offer returns, exchanges or refunds on any of our print items since they are made to order and shipped through a third party vendor. All print sales are final. Please make sure you are 100% certain of your choice before purchasing.
Original art: We do not offer returns or exchanges on original art. If you placed an order for an original piece and want to cancel it, you must email us within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellations will result in a partial refund. We cannot accommodate cancellations or refunds after 24 hours unless the item has not shipped. We are unable to cancel orders that have already shipped.
If your purchased product arrived damaged at your door, please contact support@jramchandani.co within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged packaging along with damaged product.
If the product you received is incorrect, after cross-checking with your order confirmation, please email support@jramchandani.co within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product that you received.
We assess each situation case by case with our vendors before sending a replacement or exchange item. The vendor may require you to rip the damaged item in half if they deem it to be usable before offering a replacement.
We will not offer exchanges, refunds, replacements or returns for any change-of-mind reasons, customer mistakes, or customer-caused product damages. Please be careful while opening and handling your new item. We recommend keeping your items safe and back in their packaging until ready to frame or hang.

My item arrived damaged, what can you do?
Although this situation is very rare, if your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please immediately take pictures of the damaged item and packaging and email them to support@jramchandani.co within 7 days of receiving your order.
We assess each situation case by case as we have to submit claims to our vendors before sending a replacement or exchange item. The vendor may require you to rip the damaged item in half if they deem it to be usable before offering a replacement.
Please be careful while opening your items as we will not provide replacements for items accidentally damaged after delivery by the recipient. We recommend keeping items in their packaging until you are ready to frame or hang them.
Where do you ship to?
For prints, we ship domestically (U.S.) and internationally to most countries through a third-party printing and shipping vendor based in Texas.
For original art, we only ship to addresses within the United States from our studio in Hawaii or Texas.

How can I share your art?
Whether viewing or purchasing my art, all copyright and property rights are held by J. Ramchandani LLC even after purchase. You may not copy, download, share, post, sell our transmit our intellectual property in any way that infringes on our intellectual property rights.
If you want to share my art on instagram or social media, please tag me @jramchandani.co and give me credit. You may not promote or sell your own content or services through the use of our content, services or products.
You may not use the Site, Services, and/or Products in any
manner that is unauthorized, improper, against these Terms & Conditions or
our Privacy Policy, or which violate U.S. intellectual property laws unless
authorized by us in writing beforehand.
The Site and its Content are intellectual property solely owned
by J. Ramchandani LLC and are protected by United States
copyright and trademark laws, as well as state intellectual property laws. Any
violations of this term, and all terms contained herein, will be legally
pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
How are your prints packaged?
We prefer to package and ship our prints in flat envelopes or boxes when possible.
Paper prints with a paper size that is 20" and under in length will be shipped flat with corrugated board. Some exceptions may apply as it is within our printing and shipping vendor's discretion.
Paper prints with a paper size over 20" in length will likely arrive rolled in a tube. If you ordered multiple print items, then our vendor will use their discretion and may group the items together in one package.
All canvas prints will come stretched in a flat box.
