Artist's Note:
The allure of Austin, Texas has always been the 'weirdness' of the city. While the city evolves, one place that has kept it's old Austin charm is Playland Skate Center. A sparkling mirrored revolving roller skate hangs in the center of a chorus of humans, young and old, gliding across the wooden rink while curated beats play over the speaker. The atmosphere is electric as an undercurrent of energy flows through your skates and skilled skaters show off their talents around you. This "Disco" painting is the first of a series of three retro painting that honors the nostalgia felt in Austin locales. It is a nostalgia from a time I never lived in, but one that I feel in that special place.

Artist recommendations:
To stay true to the original, the 20x20 canvas is the way to go. It is the closest you can get to the original without the original price.
To add a bit of flare, the metallic paper option is a personal favorite for this print. It adds a touch of shimmer and disco style. (See the video product thumbnail for an example of the metallic paper)!
ABOUT OUR PRINTS
Materials
All of our art prints are giclée (pronounced 'zhee-klay') prints meaning that they are high resolution, high quality reproductions using archival pigmented inks.
Canvas Options:
All canvas prints come stretched on wooden stretcher bars with white or black archival backing and a wire for quick and easy hanging.
Our standard "Canvas" option is the Archival Stretched Canvas. Printed with archival grade inks, the finished archival canvas print has a satin (low glass level) appearance. Due to the durability of the inks, these canvas prints are scratch and smudge-resistant.
Our "Metallic Canvas" option is the Silverada Stretched Metallic Canvas. The metallic finish comes from a blend of metallic, silver, and pearlescent coating. Best for giving that metallic sheen and pop for the right pieces.
Paper Options:
Our standard "Paper" option is the Sunset Cotton Etching paper. It is a traditional acid free fine art paper with a low texture surface and matte coating made from a cotton wood pulp blend. 285 gsm.
Our "Metallic Paper" option is the Hahnemühle Photo Rag® Metallic paper. It is a fine art giclée paper that features a special metallic-shimmering surface finish. 340 gsm.
Paper Print Sizing
Please note for your sizing and framing purposes that the sizing options listed for our paper prints refer to the Image Size, not the Paper Size.
Example: if you choose Image Size option: 20"x20" but you select the option for: 1" White Border then the full paper size you receive will be 22"x22".
Unsure of whether you should have a border or not?
First think, how do you wish to frame your print and what size frame you will want then work backwards.
Second, think about your decor style and whether you want to have a white border showing.
Our borderless options are made to fit directly into a traditional sized frame.
Our borderless option is meant to give you more versatility with framing and matting. You can always cut down the size of a bordered print if need be.
Processing & Shipping
Please note that our printing and shipping for online orders is handled by a third party vendor based in Texas and we cannot control their processing or shipping times.
Processing time for prints is typically 1-3 days. During peak holiday season please account for a potential increase in processing time.
Shipping time for domestic shipments (in the U.S.) can range from 1-7 business days.
Shipping time for international (outside of the U.S.) shipments is about 2 weeks.
International shipping is only offered on prints. We currently do not ship original art internationally outside of the U.S. Customer is responsible for customs and import taxes.
Packaging
We prefer to package and ship our prints in flat envelopes or boxes.
Paper prints with a paper size that is 20" and under in length will be shipped flat with corrugated board. Some exceptions may apply as it is within our printing and shipping vendor's discretion.
Paper prints with a paper size over 20" in length will likely arrive rolled in a tube. If you ordered multiple print items, then our vendor will use their discretion and may group the items together in one package.
All canvas prints will come stretched in a flat box.
No Refunds, Returns or Exchanges
We will do everything within our ability (and within reason) to ensure your satisfaction.
For print items: We are unable to offer returns, exchanges or refunds on any of our print items since they are made to order and shipped through a third party vendor. All print sales are final. Please make sure you are 100% certain of your choice before purchasing.
*Exceptions:
If your purchased product arrived damaged at your door, please contact support@jramchandani.co within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged packaging along with damaged product.
If the product you received is incorrect, after cross-checking with your order confirmation, please email support@jramchandani.co within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product that you received.
In the case of an incorrect or damaged product caused by us or a third party vendor, we will work to mitigate the situation and offer you an exchange item.
We will not offer exchanges, refunds, replacements or returns for any change-of-mind reasons, customer mistakes, items stolen after delivery, or customer-caused product damages. It is the responsibility of the customer to handle their items with care and provide a safe location for the item to be delivered.
